Terms of Service

1. What Colisela is

Colisela is a platform that connects people who want to send a package (senders) with travelers already making a trip (carriers).

Colisela is only an intermediary that helps you find each other. We are not a courier, transport, or delivery company, and we take no part in the actual pickup, transport, or handoff of any item.

2. Your agreement is with each other

Any arrangement — including the price and how it is paid — is made directly between the sender and the carrier. Colisela does not handle payments and is not a party to your agreement.

You are responsible for agreeing on the details and completing the exchange between yourselves.

3. What you can send

You may only send legal items that you are allowed to transport. Prohibited items include, but are not limited to, drugs, weapons, cash, stolen goods, hazardous materials, and anything illegal under Moroccan law.

Senders must describe their items honestly. Carriers may inspect and refuse any item for any reason.

4. Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, treat other members with respect, and use Colisela lawfully.

You are responsible for your own safety when meeting other members and exchanging items.

5. No liability

Colisela is provided “as is”. We are not responsible for the conduct of members, or for any loss, damage, delay, theft, or dispute arising from a transport arranged through the app.

You use Colisela at your own risk.

6. Accounts and conduct

You are responsible for the activity on your account. We may suspend or remove accounts that break these terms, abuse the service, or harm other members.

7. Changes

We may update these terms as Colisela grows. Continued use of the app means you accept the current version.
