This policy explains what information Colisela collects, how we use it, and the choices you have.
1. What we collect
When you use Colisela we collect: your email address (for sign-in), your name and optional phone number, the listings and messages you post, the ratings you give and receive, and basic usage data and error logs that help us run and improve the app.
2. How we use it
We use your information to run the service — to match senders with carriers, show your public profile to other members, send the notifications you enable, and keep the app working and safe.
3. What other members see
Other members can see your name and your rating. Your email address is never shown to other members, and your phone number is not shared through the app.
4. Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. We use trusted providers to operate the app — Supabase (database and sign-in) and Vercel (hosting and privacy-friendly analytics) — who process data on our behalf.
5. Messages
Your conversations are stored so that chat works across your devices. Please avoid sharing sensitive personal or financial details in chat.
6. Your choices
You can edit your profile, delete your listings, and delete conversations at any time. To delete your account and its data, contact us.
